I'm going to try to write a description that doesn't make me sound like a hyperactive toddler. My blog is really random, but generally reflects my current tastes and obsessions. I'm 17, a high school senior, and so damn ready to get out and head to college. Call me Ophy.

The Edible Cell

Guys, remember the edible cell?  Truly the most delicious of all elementary school science projects.  Looking at these is making me so nostalgic, I want to plan an edible cell party where everyone has to bring one.

(Full disclosure: one of these is a professional job.  Don’t feel bad if yours looked more like this.)

Mine was a cookie cake with the cells drawn in icing. I win.

When my class did this, we had the option of writing a story to tell the whole cell thing. I’m a big enough nerd that that appealed to me more than cake.
